In this lesson, you will learn how to conjugate Hada verbs. If you’re not sure what Hada (하다) verbs are, they are a very common type of verb in Korean. All these verbs end in 하다, which means ‘to do’.
Hada verbs are made up of a ‘noun’ part and a ‘verb part’. Adding the verb 하다 to the noun part makes it into a noun. For example, put together the noun 요리 (to cook) and the verb 하다 (to do) and you get the verb 요리하다 (to cook). Easy right?
While it’s easy to learn Hada verbs, there are a few rules you need to know to conjugate Hada verbs correctly. In the lesson below, you’ll learn how to conjugate Hada verbs and how to use these verbs in negative sentences.
